Refund & Returns

At La Brise d’Or, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal nature of perfumes, we have specific guidelines in place regarding returns and refunds to ensure hygiene, quality, and safety for all our customers.

1. Can I Return a Perfume?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes once the product has been opened or used. This policy is in place for hygiene and quality control reasons, as perfumes are cosmetic products.

2. What if I Received the Wrong or a Damaged Product?

We will gladly replace or refund your item if:

  • You received a wrong product (wrong reference or scent)
  • The item arrived damaged or leaking
  • The packaging is severely defective and unusable upon delivery

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible, please:

  • Send a clear photo of the item and its packaging
  • Include your order number and the issue in your message
  • Email us at: contact@labrisedor.com

We will review your case and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Refund Options

If approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement product (shipped at no additional cost)
  • A refund via the original payment method (for card payments) or a voucher/store credit

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The item was opened, tested, or used
  • More than 48 hours passed since you received the product
  • The issue is due to personal preference (e.g. not liking the scent)
  • The order was placed with incorrect address or contact details

Please make sure your order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

5. Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us immediately with your order number.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
